Obituary of Patricia Falchetti (Kraynak) Pisarewicz

Patricia Pisarewicz, 81, of Swoyersville, Pa, died peacefully Friday at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Born March 14, 1936, in Plymouth, Pa, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Helen Falchetti. She was a graduate of Plymouth High School and Nesbitt Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. Pat spent a 25-year career in nursing until she retired. She later created handmade country dolls selling on-line and at craft shows. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Al Kraynak, grandson Brandon Kraynak, brother John Falchetti and sister, Helen Yodis. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Pisarewicz, and four children, son Kevin Kraynak and partner Judith Blankman, daughter Karen Kraynak Creamer, son Kenneth Kraynak and wife Joanne, and son Kerry Kraynak and wife Jody. She has seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister, Virginia Meuser in Colorado and a sister in law, Rita Saya and husband Rocco. A mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday, April 5 at 10:30 am at St. Ignatius Church on Maple Ave in Kingston, Pa. Friends may call from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at the church prior to the service. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Plains, Pa. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the charity of your choice.
