Carol D. Kastreva Obituary
Carol D. Kastreva, 82, of Wilkes-Barre passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at the Allied Services Hospice Unit, Wilkes-Barre.
She was born in Wilkes-Barre, a daughter of Thomas and Ester Dixon.
Carol was an Army Veteran and was employed at various places through her working career.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers John and Elwood, sons James and Edward, and son in law John.
Surviving is her daughter Jennifer Pietrzyk; granddaughter Kristen Rehrig and her husband Corey; grandson John Pietrzyk Jr; three great grandchildren; brother Tom, and nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Allied Services Hospice Unit for the exceptional care they provided for Carol.
Services for Carol will be held privately and will be in the care of Yanaitis Funeral Home Inc., Plains Twp.
