Obituary of Troy Larson Johnson

Troy Larson Johnson,58, of Bear Creek, passed on Saturday, January 23, 2021, while in the care of Allied Services Hospice, Clarks Summit. Troy was born on October 14,1962, in Elmira New York. He was son to his mother Jeanette Landon and the best father figure he ever knew, Jerry Bullion, both now residing in Lady Lake, Florida. In addition to his parents, are his two sons, Jesse Aubrey Johnson and Joseph Troy Johnson, both of Bradford County, his lifelong companion Tammy Schatzel of Bear Creek, his big sister Julie Johnson, of Lady Lake, Florida, his brother Todd Landon; niece Amber and nephew Travis, Troy was fond of both of them;mother in law Tonette Schatzel, Bear Creek, cousins: Helena Cough, Rusty (Claira) and so many other close friends to mention. Troy loved the outdoors, shooting guns, spending time with loved ones, and he made the most of everyday. His heart was made of gold. Somedays, Troy had to deal with his own demons on the road of life, but he found ways to love people and help anyone he could. He had lots of regrets when it comes to his sons, but he asked Jesus long ago to help them understand and forgive him. Troy was preceded in death by his Aunt Lillian, Aunt Fady, his stepdaughter Alissa Wright, brother-in-law John Schatzel, and Helena’s son George, whom left us before his time, and his best friend Eddie Mateo. A Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 30,2021, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Yanaitis Funeral Home Inc., 55 Stark Street Plains. To those in attendance, masks are required and the capacity of the establishment has been lowered to the state requirements at this time.
