Sally Mae Ciprich, 91, of Wilkes-Barre, got her final wish in the early morning on Thursday, October 21, 2022, to pass peacefully at home in the care of her loving family.
Born in Wilkes-Barre on June 7, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Mary Nowinski Tabaka. Sally was a talented seamstress and skilled crafter. She designed many dolls that were prizes at bazaars held in the St. Benedict's Church, Parsons. She could make anything out of a piece of fabric. She was a dedicated wife, loving mother, caring grandmother, and great friend to those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Rudolph; brothers John, Stanley, and Edward; sisters Stella Wroblewski; Theresa Korutz; Leona Rusanowsky: Stefanie Boback; and Francis Fetchko.
Surviving are her children Richard, Plains; Paula Frazier and husband Bryan, Huntington Beach, CA; Randy and his wife Ilse, Sayreville, NJ, and Allan, Plains; grandchildren; Chelsea and Amanda Ciprich; Randy and Chris Ciprich; Heather Frazier Hollis; Ron Frazier; Aurora and Brooke Wyrick along with a boatload of loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, from Yanaitis Funeral Home Inc.,55 Stark Street Plains Township, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in the Parish Church of Saints Peter and Paul, 13 Hudson Road, Plains. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Dallas. Family and friends may call from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on. Friday.
