My sincere condolences for the loss of Gram. The impact and legacy she left behind is a special one. Every memory I have at the Giampietro house growing up includes Gram. She was always there - no matter the day, time, or occasion. I even remember tagging along when she worked at John Heinz to volunteer with Brittani. Her love and pride for her family was so apparent. Lori, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your mom. She was such a lovely woman. I remember when I was little walking from Hudson with my mom to your house to get our hair cut. Then how our paths have crossed over the years. My mom was so happy that she got to visit and talk with your mom while the both of them were at the meadows. Your mom would always talk about the kids and how they were all her pride and joy! Please know that you and your entire family are in our thoughts and prayers.

I knew Sharon for many years while she worked at the John Heinz Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine. She was beloved by patients, families, and staff alike. Sharon made many a patient's day when they left her shop with a "new doo" and friendly conversation. One of our doctors even said, "If I could arrange for every one of our patients to have Sharon do their hair, they would do better with their therapy!" Eternal rest, Sharon, and to family, prayers during this time of grief.

Sharon was like my second mom for a long time, she knew me longer then I knew her due to my mother and Sharon were dear friends. My last memory was at her daughter Lori's wedding and we talked for a while reminiscing about when she would do my mom's hair and I would hang out watching TV. Until we are all reunited may the family of Sharon Skiba be blessed with love and strength as they go thru this hard time.
