Josh and Teddy were the Kielbasa co- kings. They passed on their knowledge to a group of us , who are trying to fill their shoes . Joey , Steve McCormick and his 2 sons and me ,with my son , daughter and 2 grandsons . Over the years other family members have stopped by for a beer and to tell us what we are doing wrong . Hopefully , one day we may be as good as the kings of Kielbasa . The one story I will always remember ( they told me this story every year for 20 years ) was the time they put the smoker on top of what they think after the fact was a buried propane tank . Well the smoker and the kielbasa flew up into the air about 50 feet .
Josh was also a great host as , I always ate well and ate a lot at his house . He was a kind soul and made everyone he came in contact with a better person . He will be missed. Rest in peace Josh , you deserve the best heaven has to offer .
