Frank was born in Vineland N.J. to parents, Frank Carl Bullock and Grace Louise Bullock. He moved with

his family to the west coast before settling in Pennsylvania. He went to Nanticoke High School before

joining the Navy where he served on the USS Proteus and the USS Howard W Gilmore. He spoke fondly

of his time in service.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Michael J. and Adam C. Bullock.

He is survived by his son. Damian Bullock, daughter Jessica Bullock , and brothers, Mark Joseph, Scott

Merle, Christopher Stewart, and nephews, nieces and extended family

Frank had a gift for metal working and took pride in the sometimes-crazy things he created. He also

loved to hunt and fish. He had an infectious smile and a laugh that would turn heads. We will miss

Frank. Father, brother, friend.

Frank Died on July 1 st doing what he loved. Riding his motorcycle on a warm summer day.

A memorial service will be held at Yanaitis funeral home at 55 Stark St., Plains on Saturday July 8, 2023, from 2

– 4 p.m. followed by a family gathering on Sunday July 9,2023 from 10 a.m-2 p.m. at the farm on Cragle Hill Rd.
