Steven Michael Fasulka, 33, of Plains, PA, passed away on July 1, 2023. He was born on November 10, 1989. Steven will be deeply missed by his mother Annie Simonson (Tony Lukasavage), father Thomas Fasulka Jr., grandparents Sharon and Girard Kalinay, Thomas Fasulka Sr., and his brothers Chris Simonson and Brett Fasulka. He is survived by his aunt Karen and his uncles Ricky, Brian, Joseph, Bobby, Donny, & Tommy Simonson. Steven also leaves behind a host of beloved cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marry Grace and John Simonson, his uncles Jimmy, Jackie, and Darren Simonson, his uncle Brett Fasulka, and his aunts, Peggy, Kim Simonson, and Kelli Fasulka.

Steven was a dedicated employee of TJ's Construction.

In his free time, Steven enjoyed various hobbies, especially playing guitar. He had a passion for life and always found joy in the simple things.

A memorial service to celebrate Steven's life will be planned for a later date
