Please share a memory of Brian to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Brian Keith Sipler, 57, of Mountain Top, passed on Sunday, October 13, 2024, while in the comforting care of the Allied Services Hospice Unit Meade Street, Wilkes-Barre. His loving family was by his side as he left for heaven.
Born in Bethlehem on July 22, 1967, he was the son of Ron Sipler and Barbara Gueiss. He grew up in Nazareth and graduated from the Nazareth High School, class of 1985. His family then moved to Freeland to help care for a family member.
Brian loved to cook. In no time he became a prep chef working at the Stage Coach Inn in Drums where he worked for several years until its closure.
At a family gathering, Brian was introduced to Julie Rabe. A short time later the couple was married on December 18,1993. The couple settled in Mountain Top where they raised their two sons Jeremy and Brandon.
Brian loved to play the guitar and jamming with his brother Barry who was his front man. Brian even sang a bit for his family and friends. He also enjoyed telling jokes. Brian was the family comedian and would bring a smile and a tear to your eye from laughing so hard.
Brian was a spiritual man and during his lifetime he attended Cornerstone Fellowship Mountain Top, and Bethel Baptist Church in Freeland. At this time, we know he is at peace playing with the great musicians in heaven. We will miss his love and laughter. Godspeed Brian.
Brian was preceded in death by his mother Barbara Perhonitch and his step father George Perhonitch.
Surviving are his wife of thirty years, Julie, at home; sons Jeremy Rabe and his wife Mary, Plains, and Brandon Sipler and his fiancé Amy, Pittston; brother Barry Sipler and his wife Trista, Knoxville, TN; sister Brenda Sipler, SC; father Ron Sipler, SC; seven grandchildren; two dogs Dottie and Twinkie; one cat Pudder; along with two nieces.
