Ray (Bink) Pokrifka died peacefully at his home in Plains Twp. on Wednesday, December 11,2024, at the age of 77.

He was a son of the late Mike and Anna Pokrifka and attended Plains Township schools.

Ray worked construction with Linde Construction and other local contractors over his life.

Ray was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army serving four years.

In his younger days, he enjoyed tending bar at the V.F.W. L.A.N.I. Post 6325, Plains Twp. Irishtown section.

Ray lived with the love of his life Irene Watkavage for fifty years before her passing.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Sunday, December 15, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Yanaitis Funeral Home Inc., 55 Stark Street, Plains.

A private interment will be held in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, with military honors.
