Daniel J. Vestyck Sr., 91, of Stark Street, Plains, died early Wednesday morning at the VA Hospital in Wilkes-Barre. Born in Wilkes-Barre he was the son of Anthony Vestyck (Wieszczyk) and Adele Shilcoski Vestyck. Daniel served in the United States Air Force for 23 years and later worked as a Manager at Proctor & Gamble in Mehoopany. He retired to enjoy flying, ice skating and photography. Surviving are his two sons, Daniel Jr., Macungie, PA, Anthony, Plains, PA and his sister Phyllis, Merrimack, NH. He will be interred at St. Joseph Cemetery, Hudson. In keeping with Daniel’s wishes no services will be held.
