Nereida Aponte, 92, of Nanticoke, passed peacefully on Monday, November 12, 2018, surrounded by her loving family, while in the care of the Celtic Hospice Unit, Geisinger South Hospital.
Arrangements have been held privately at the convenience of her family and
were placed in the care of the Yanaitis Funeral Home Inc.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Nereida
