Obituary of Colleen Marilyn Miller

Colleen Marilyn Miller, 82, of Exeter, a loving mother, sister, and grandmother, passed peacefully on Saturday, May 18,2019, at her private residence surrounded by her loving family. 

Born in Galena, Kansas, on January 18,1937, to her loving parents the late Richard and Blanche Easley Lamb, Colleen grew up in a faith loving family along with her sister.  She attended local schools in Kansas and later married Joseph James Miller and together they raised their family.

Colleen was employed by Geisinger Hospital in housekeeping for ten years until her retirement. She loved working with the hospital staff and her co-workers who were her friends.

In her spare time Colleen loved to play bingo, go dancing, and listen to old country music. 

Recently she enjoyed being a grandmother and great grandmother and will be missed by all. 

She was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Blanche Lamb, husband of forty-eight years, Joseph Miller; and sister Mary Sills. 

Colleen is mourned by her surviving family of her daughters Kim Miller and Marilyn Roberts; sons Kenton Roberts, Terry Roberts, and Richard Lamb; sister Maxine Miller; along with numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

A Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, May 23,2019, at 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Yanaitis Funeral Home Inc., 55 Stark Street, Plains, Pa, 18705.
