Our family is very sad to learn of Emil’s passing. A good friend, a kind heart with a magnetic personality is the way we will all remember him. A man with humor, compassion and integrity, he was always talking about the love he had for his family. His smile and laugh could light up a room. While we hadn’t seen one another in recent years, I’m so glad that we enjoyed a few rounds of golf, where Emil shared stories about growing up with my parents. In fact, he served as the “best man” in their wedding. I will always be grateful and cherish that he walked my mother into (and down a long set of stairs) our wedding reception, just a year or so after my dads sudden and untimely passing. God speed my friend and hope you high five Paul when you see him. Our most sincere condolences to Lorel, Alison Jeremy and family. Bill Baneky and family (Dawn, Tom, Melissa)

As I sit here this morning, hearing the news of a dear friend, that over the years has passed peacefully. As my memories over the years come flooding through, he always had a joke, A smile, and a hug. He always made you feel welcomed. You will be missed, and I know you are fishing, and golfing up there. You were a great husband, father, grandfather and a great grandfather. RIP Emil. God speed my friend.

Lorel Lee and family - We are saddened to hear of Emil's passing. We so enjoyed talking to Emil while we walked the dogs - Schultz and Rollo, Frodo and Buck. It was especially nice to have that New Jersey and love of the Mets connections. Our neighborhood has lost a friendly face and good friend. We will keep all of you in our prayers.
