also received many coats or jackets whenever I went to see Aunt Vicky. Sometimes there would be skirts or dresses. I remember a time when she was making her famous piggies, I asked how she got them to be so flat when rolling the cabbage. I could not get the bigger leaves to roll. She showed me how by shaving the heavy middle of leaf so it would then roll and tuck. After that, I had no problems making them.
I have many memories as a child taking with her on my many visits during my summers visits. I used to stay with her and during the day while Aunt Vicky went to work, would go across the street to Aunt Jo's and stay there and played with my cousins Joe and Edmund.

Every time I came for a visit with my mom, Aunt Vicky gave me a coat or a jacket because I really wouldn't bring one to drive in. She always said I needed one. I still wear them today and I love them! Folks at work were always saying where did you get that jacket from and I would say my 85 year old Aunt who had an eye for fashion.
